  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order receipt) is required.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

4. Exchanges

  • If you prefer, we may replace your item with the same product (if available) or allow you to exchange it for another item of equal value.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products, items damaged due to misuse, and products returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
